Pacific RCM Services is a one stop wonder for all of your private medical practice needs. We are based out of Washington State and specialize in mental health but are open to practitioners of any specialty.

Kate and Tyler Teague are the owners and operators of Pacific RCM. Kate started the business in April 2025 after the unfortunate and unexpected short closure of the mental health practice she had been working at for over a decade. Kate had the opportunity to help several of the mental health providers she worked with to continue providing their invaluable services to the community by helping them establish and run under their own private practices while also getting to continue working in a field she loved herself. In the six months that followed that decision the word of mouth referrals spread fast and business grew quickly with Pacific RCM contracting with numerous additional providers and offering expanded services. In order to continue providing exceptional services during this expansion Kate’s husband Tyler joined her in the business bringing his years of administrative skills in allowing PRCM to work with more providers, provide more services and be an overall asset to anyone needing help with their private medical practice.
Kate brings with her over a decade of experience working within a mental health practice focusing on account reconcilation, claims, insurance benefits, credentialing and contracting, provider recruitment, EHR implemenation and pretty much everything that does into a private practice. She also has college certifications from the University of Phoenix as a Medical Records Undergraduate, HR Management and will be completing her Bachelors in Healthcare Administration in 2026. She also will be finalizing her official AAPC Billing and Coding Certifications in 2026. Kate has a passion for insurance, billing and helping providers succeed in their practices. Kate overseas all operations with a special focus on billing and account reconcilation.
Tyler brings with him many years of adminstrative experience having started in a mental health clinic, with subsequent experience in office management, payroll, human resources and program implementation. Tyler has an amazing eye for detail, drive for proficiency and is always excited to help. Tyler works in many of the back end operations and will be taking the primary lead on credentialing applications and program implementations.

THE WORST OF PART OF STARTING AND RUNNING YOUR OWN PRACTICE IS THE COST. ITS SAD, BUT TRUE. OPERATING COSTS ARE A UNIVERSAL ISSUE THAT CAN OFTEN BE A BARRIER.
PRCM WANTS EVERYONE TO BE ABLE TO SUCCEED FINANCIALLY AND THEREFORE OFFERS COMPETITIVE FLAT RATES FOR ALL OF THE VAST COMPREHENSIVE SERVICES THEY OFFER. ALL SERVICES ARE ALSO ACCOMPANIED BY STAFF THAT ARE UNDERSTANDING, QUICK TO RESPOND AND WHO HAVE THE ULTIMATE PRIMARY GOAL OF HELPING THEIR PROVIDERS SUCCEED BOTH IN PRACTICE AND FINANCIALLY.
We believe in being transparent from the beginning and publish an open fee schedule for our base services as listed below:
** Billing Plus (ongoing monthly service)– this option includes medical billing, coding guidance, payment posting, patient and insurance account
reconciliation, pre-verification of patient benefits, ongoing credentialing maintenance (for those already credentialed) and unlimited open consultation for any questions as they arise. PRCM billing is 7% of all incoming revenue, billed monthly. For groups of two or more a monthly cap out amount can be negotiated that is re-evaluated every six months.
**Credentialing (one-time service)– this service option includes the full set up of CAQH (if needed) and manual submissions of applications as required. Includes credentialing application creation, submission and follow-up until completed. *Please be advised most insurance
take 30 to 90 days to fully complete a new credentialing application or new group addition. Base list of insurances include: Regence, Premera, First Choice, Aetna, Cigna/Evernorth, United Healthcare, Tricare West, Medicare, Labor and Industries, ProviderOne/Medicaid-Apple Health and subsequent enrollment to the MCO-Managed Care Organizations of choice such as Wellpoint, Molina, UHC, Coordinated Care. Providers are welcome to pick and choose whom they would like to contract with and please feel free to inquire for any plans not listed. PRCM One-Time Credentialing fee is $275, which includes all interested insurances. For groups, the group and primary provider or owner is $275 with each subsequent add-on provider being $150 for non-Medicare/Medicaid and $200 for Medicare/Medicaid applying providers.
**Single Consultation – this option allows up to one hour of one-on-one consultation time (typically via video or in-person depending on location) to discuss any questions in regards to insurance benefits, portal navigations, billing and coding clarifications, Federal and/or State regulations, troubleshooting, credentialing or virtually any other topic that may be needed. One-time $35 fee.
**Custom Documents (stand alone one time service)– We will work one-on-one with providers to create documents such as office policies, privacy polices, financial payment contracts, discharge letter templates, emotional support animal templates, medication contracts, questionnaires etc that can be utilized within your practice. Templates are
available as well for those who need a base to start off with. Custom document creation includes visual customization and content customization. Providers are given a editable Word version of their documents as well as matching fillable PDFs. One-time $75 fee per
document created. Creation of matching documents within an EHR program is an additional $25 fee
**PRCM also does specialty projects such as short term account reconcilation (for those that need help getting things cleaned up), payment posting only, EHR implemenation and EFT enrollment, business logo and card design, payroll assistance and many other non-customary projects. Due to the infrequency and high variability of these services we are not able to list pricing directly but would be happy to discuss your unique situation and provide a quote for services.

Q&A
Are you taking new clients?
Yes!! PRCM is actively taking new clients for ongoing billing services, credentialing only contracts, consultations and more. We are ready and willing to help! We work with individuals as well as groups.
Can I be credentialed with more than one business?
Absolutely! There is no limit to the number of businesses you can be contracted as in-network with. Its just important to make sure that you are contracted with each. Credentialing is EIN based, just because you are in-network under one doesn’t mean you will be automatically with the other (would be so much easier though right?)
Do you work with patients directly or do I have to myself?
PRCM is happy to talk to your patients about any of their billing concerns, questions and help facilitate taking payments. We understand that can be an uncomfortable conversation to have, especially if you don’t have all the answers up front. We are more than happy to give you the option of allowing your patients to reach out to us directly regarding their billing and payments. Let us help you!
